What’s included in the free Basic Audit?

Our team takes a focused first look at your business and its online presence, then shares the main gaps and a useful next step. It’s a limited initial review, not an instant scan or the full competitor report. Request it through the enquiry form; there’s no card and no obligation to continue.

What is AI visibility?

It’s whether and how your business appears when people ask AI tools about services like yours. We record relevant questions, the answers, the date and the cited sources, then show you where you stand.

How does the AI assistant get to know my business?

You share your services, customers, goals and what makes your business different. You can add useful notes and connect your website data. The assistant uses that information when you ask questions, and you can update or delete it. It doesn’t automatically know private information you haven’t shared.

What will I see in my dashboard?

Your saved business information, chat history, website traffic and AI visibility updates. Once tracking and daily checks are active, you can see which pages people visit, how your business is mentioned and how selected competitors compare.

Can you guarantee AI will recommend us?

No. Answers vary between questions, platforms and people. We can commit to agreed work, clear evidence and consistent monitoring. We can’t promise rankings or recommendations.

Are paid AI ads the same as appearing in an answer?

No. Ads are labelled paid placements. They’re separate from organic answers, and paying for ChatGPT ads does not alter its responses. We agree the management fee and your separate advertising budget before launching anything.

Why do I need an account to check my business?

A verified account keeps your business information and reports together, and helps protect the service from automated misuse. No payment details are required to create an account, and marketing emails are optional.

How do you measure the AI answers?

We ask agreed questions through the available platform APIs, record the model, time and answer, and repeat the questions over time. API answers aren’t identical to every customer’s app experience. Mentions aren’t automatically recommendations, and we show failed checks separately.

Do I have to commit to an ongoing service?

No. The Basic Audit is free, and the Full Audit & Improvements is a one-time service. MakePace Growth is £199 for your first month, then £299 a month on a rolling basis. Both Growth and standalone AI ad management have no long-term contract. Cancel before your next renewal. Ad spend is separate, and we agree the work and any custom package in writing.
